Read Erin's testimonial

I had crow's feet around my eyes and I was getting tired of looking like that. Over-the-counter creams didn't work and I'm not a big fan of needles either! I called the office for more information about how I could regain my youthful look and after a consultation, I agreed trying the Vbeam laser. After about 2 months, I could notice a big improvement in my look. I'm happy I chose Oasis for this procedure!

Erin, Vbeam Laser

Vbeam Laser

The Vbeam Laser is the most effective laser for treating rosacea, facial veins, and stretch marks. This is also a great option for these types of scars: erythematous scars (pink or red scars that follow the line of trauma, hypertrophic scars (raised scars that stays within the boundaries of the original wound) or keloidal scars (raised scars that may grow larger than the original wound). The Vbeam stimulates collagen production in the deep layers of your skin and is very effective in reviving the skin and decreasing pore size.

The Vbeam laser treatment delivers an intense but gentle burst of light to the skin. The light targets pigment in the red blood cells and is absorbed by the blood vessels in the dermis. These blood vessels are reabsorbed by the body, allowing for a cleaner, more refreshed appearance. This laser chills the outer skin with a spray of cool liquid before each laser pulse to increase the patient's comfort.

Post-Procedure Expections

Multiple treatments are usually necessary to achieve improvement; the amount of improvement depends on the size and severity of the scar or stretch mark. Most patients notice improvement 6-8 weeks after their first treatment. Please note that although we have seen significant improvements using Vbeam laser, the laser will not completely remove scars or stretch marks. Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, flaxseed and anything else that may thin the blood. Avoid exposure to the sun. If sun exposure is expected, apply a sunscreen of SPF 30 or greater to prevent pigmentation issues.
